Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $22.60- $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 8811 River Road, Richmond, BC V6X 3P8

Job Duties:
- Monitor/Organize inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed
- Assign sales workers duties and shift schedules
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues
- Address customer complaints and resolve any related issues
- Supervise the sales staff and cashiers
- Recruit and train new members of the sales team
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of sales experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
