Spa Supervisor

Description

We are looking for Spa Supervisor for “Naturally Pacific Resort” located at 700 Petersen Road Campbell River, BC V9W 3H7 Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate spa staff, including training, scheduling, and managing shifts.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Hire and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management and cost-effective procurement.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote spa services and attract new clients.
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
• Resolve work-related problems.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Monitor quality and production levels.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Prerequisites:                         

Education:                               High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 21.63 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
