Job Duties:
- Schedule and supervise kitchen workers
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Manage kitchen operations with other cooks
- Control inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and cooking utensils
- Always keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
- Plan menus and determine size of food portions
- Involve in hiring and training new kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
