572274 B.C. LTD. dba Regional Recycling Abbotsford is looking for experienced Shop Manager for their location at Abbotsford who could join immediately.

Details are as follows:

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible

Positions available:1 (One)

Compensation: $36.25 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week

Terms: Permanent full time

Location: 750 Riverside Road, Abbotsford, V2S 7P6

Job duties and responsibilities

·        Oversee personnel and delegate responsibilities.

·        Develop, lead, and assess the functioning of businesses involved in wholesale and retail sales, or oversee departments within such establishments.

·        Identify and engage with suppliers as needed to acquire goods for resale, involving negotiation processes.

·        Acquire and engage in negotiations with vendors as required to obtain merchandise for resale.

·        Decide on the products and services for sale, and establish pricing and credit policies for implementation.

·        Manage staffing needs, encompassing recruitment, training, and the retention of personnel.

·        Create and execute marketing strategies.

·        Outline financial plans, approve spending, and track income streams.

Skills and Education:

1-2 years of related experience

Completion of a diploma/degree in the field is required.
