Permanent Full Time Kitchen Helper: 1 position; Start wage $15.00/hour, 30-40 hours per week;  Working times: Early morning, Day, Night, Weekend; Job duties include: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste diposal units; Clear and clean trays, tables, and chairs; Operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware; Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage area, applicances and equipments; Handle and store cleaning products; Remove kitchen garbage and trash; Sharpen kitchen Knives; Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floor; Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits; High school diploma is required. Equvalency considered. Experience is an asset, will provide training. 

Food and Beverage Server

Job Details

Permanent full time Waiter/Waitress: 1 position. Start wage is $16.50/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time would be days, evenings, nights and weekends. Job duties include: Address customers' complaints or concerns;  Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables;  Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings;  Describe menu items including daily specials for customers;  Advise on menu selections;  Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs;  Serve food and beverages; Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff; Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. High school diploma is required. Equivalency considered. Experience is an asset, will provide training. 

Food Service Supervisor

Job Details

Permanent full time Food Service Supervisor : 1 position. Start wage is $17.50/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time would be days, mornings, evenings, nights and weekends. Job duties include: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;  Ensure food service and quality control; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Address customers' complaints or concerns;  Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;  Prepare and submit reports;   Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres;  Supervise and check assembly of trays;  Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules.  High school diploma is required.  Must have at least 2 years related experience.  Equivalency considered.
