Description
We are looking for well experienced Sales Supervisor – Retail for “Mcewan” located at 38 Karl Fraser Road Toronto, ON M3C 0H7 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise and delegate tasks to McEwan food team members and prepare work schedules.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff and monitor and report on performance.
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.
- Managing store opening and closing, handling escalated complaints, and overseeing deliveries by signing for them.
- Maintain specified inventory and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales promotions.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 22.00 to $ 23.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
