Kansas Enterprises Franchises Ltd. Dba The Local Leaf Cannabis in Terrace & Squamish, is looking for permanent full-time positions for one Sales Supervisor in each location to assist in running growing firm and could join immediately.

Location A – 4621 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC, V8G 1P9 – 1 Position

Location B – 40437 Tantalus Rd suite 11, Garibaldi Highlands, BC, V8B 0N2 – 1 position

Positions Available: 2 (Two)

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Compensation: $23 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Language of Work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Skills and Education:

1-2 years of related experience

Completion of Secondary School
