Position: Sales and marketing manager

Working Hours: 30hrs per week

Wage: $ 53.85- $60.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay from Gross Salary or 10 days of paid vacation

Sedoli Holdings Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and experienced sales and marketing manager to join our high paced advertisement agency. Sedoli holdings Ltd is a Vancouver’s top advertisement agency in terms of magazine publication and online social marketing network for our valuable business partners in Canada. Since 2013 we have helped businesses online and offline achieve their business objectives, placing their brand strategy, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns at the forefront of consumer consciousness. Main duties:

 

• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
• Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Recruit, Hire, train, and motivate team of sales representatives
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
• Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing and Several years of experience as a sale, marketing.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Personable and able to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative and innovative thinking
