Description
Leduc Car & Truck Wash located in Leduc, Alberta is hiring a reliable Retail supervisor.
You will be responsible for the following:
Supervise and Coordinate the activities and work schedules of the employees.
Receive payments from the customers. Sell merchandises.
Authorize return of merchandise, if needed.
Supervise activities of the employees and provide guidance to them in order to provide best customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints as needed.
Analyze inventory and keep track of specific products and order merchandises.
Prepare daily reports for review regarding sales, products and stocks to the owner.
Arrange for the maintenance and repairs of the car wash machines if needed.
Hire and train new staff if needed.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Completion of Secondary school is required.
1-2 year of experience in retail trade is required.
English is required,
Your hourly wage will be $23.10. 4% vacation pay is provided.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
