Hanahreum Mart Inc. in Coquitlam is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team.
Title: Retail Supervisor
Employer: Hanahreum Mart Inc.
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 22.00 ~ CAD 25.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay, extended health, dental benefit and vision care benefit after probation
Location: 329 North Road, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V8
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is an asset.
- Previous sales experience in related field is an asset.
Main Duties:
- Oversee performance of sales staff
- Assign duties to sales staff and manage their work schedules
- Train and monitor performance of sales staff
- Monitor and authorize payments and the return of products
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Prepare periodic sales report
- Manage store displays and cleanliness
- Handle customers complaints and suggest improvement in services
