Job description:
Hans Bros. Enterprises Ltd. located in Abbotsford is looking for one full time Retail Store Supervisor to join their team.
Job Duties:
· Supervise and coordinate staff and cashiers.
· Create work schedules and assign duties to store workers.
· Approve payment transactions and return merchandise.
· Resolve customer issues, requests, complaints and meet supply shortages.
· Maintain the visual standards of the store and keep a check on store cleanliness.
· Keep track of counting and ordering inventory.
· Train, hire and arrange for the new staff and monitor their performance.
· Prepare reports of sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
· Develop and implement new strategies and ideas and sign for deliveries, if required.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school is required.
· 1-2 years of experience is required.
