Job Description:
This store is hiring one full time Retail Store Supervisor to join their team on permanent basis.
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties to sales workers.
• Approve payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
• Solve problems that may arise including complaints and supply shortage.
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
• To prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Job Requirement:
• Completion of secondary school.
• Minimum 1-2 year of related experience is required.
