Job Duties:
-Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
-Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times.
-Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
-Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
-Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
-Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs.
-Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings.
-Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
-May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
