Langley Lubricants Ltd located at 101 – 20540 88 Ave, Langley, BC V1M 2Y6 is looking for Retail Store Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible

Job type: Permanent full time

Salary: $22/hour

Benefits: Relocation cost will be covered by Employer



Duties :

1. Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers

2. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

3. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

4. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

5. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

6. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

7. Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance

8. Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness

9. May perform the same duties as workers supervised

10.May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.



Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is an asset.

• 7 months to less than 1 year experience in related field is required.
