Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $22.60~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 14390 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3T 1Y3

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff
- Allocate sales staff to duties and work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise to prevent supply shortage
- Hire and train new staff and monitor employees’ performance
- Handle issues such as requests or complaints from customers
- Perform supervisory duties such as opening and closing the store and elaborate marketing strategies when necessary
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
