Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC:6211)

Location: 621 Fairville Blvd Lancaster Mall Saint John NB E2M 4X5
Salary: $18. 86/hr for 36 hrs per week
Vacancy: 1 vacancy

Job Requirements:
Languages
- English
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent related experience
- College degree in marketing or sales or any related field with management is an asset.
Experience
- At least 2-3 years of professional work experience in the similar role or any related field.
Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff
- Conduct interview, hire and train of new sales staff
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Resolve customer complaints and other problems that may arise
- Control sales reports and order merchandise
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory
Qualities:
- Ability to supervise 1 to 2 people
- Be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent organization, accuracy and reliability
- Identify as a team player
- Willingness to help solve the problem
