We are looking for well experienced Retail Butchers for our company Go Auto located at 340 Baseline Road Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2N4 Canada.

No. of positions – 04

JOB DUTIES:

• Slice cooked meats.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
• Remove bones from meat.
• Prepare special orders.
• Grind meats.
• Cut poultry into parts.
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
• Train meat cutters.
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
• Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               No formal education required

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 21 to $ 25 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
