## Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

## Responsibilities : Establish methods to meet work schedules,Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare andportion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safetyprocedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensurefood service and quality control, Prepare budget and costestimates, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintainrecords of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Establish workschedules
## Supervision: Food service counters attendants and foodpreparers
## Security and safety: Basic security clearance
