Hiring Two (2) F/T Permanent Restaurant Manager positions!

Working Conditions:
– Wage $26.50 ~ $28.50 per hour (Depends of skills and experience)
– Working Hours : 30 ~ 40 hours per week
– Benefits : 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
Job duties you will be responsible for:
- Oversee the administrative aspects of a restaurant
- Train and manage all staffs for operational excellence.
- Hire and recruit new staffs.
- Review financial transactions.
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
- Review product quality regularly and research new vendors
- Create and adjust all staffs’ schedules
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
– Completion of High School is required.
– At least 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
– English
