Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for Habaneros Modern Taco Bar located at 600 Windmill Rd, Dartmouth, NS B3B 1B5, Canada. However, you will be required to work at various locations across the Halifax region.

JOB DUTIES:
- Complete and post the staff work schedules.
- Recruit, reward, and terminate staff as needed.
- Communicate changes in food preparation formulas, standards, etc., to staff.
- Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed.
- Maintain business records and analyze them to increase sales.
- Support local and national marketing initiatives.
- Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
- Plan special events and promotions.
- Identify new vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials.
- Oversee day-to-day banking needs like paying suppliers and employees, depositing cash to business accounts, etc.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Prerequisites:
Education: High School or equivalent
Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $15.38 to $20 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
