Employer: Hachi Hana Japanese Restaurant
Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent
Salary Rate: $25.00 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week
Work Location: 1426 Lonsdale Ave North Vancouver, British Columbia V7M 2J1 Canada
Start date: as soon as possible
Duties:
– Plan and organize the daily activity of restaurant
– Plan and determine type of services offered
– Have responsibility to oversee train staff and monitor their performance
– Set staff work schedules
– Mange and control inventory and revenues and update procedures and prices when necessary
– Resolve customer complaints and ensure safety/health regulations are followed
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and arrangement with clients for catering when required
Qualifications:
– 3 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience
– High School graduation or higher
– Able to communicate in English
– Available to work in evening and weekends
