Lee Gar Nei Restaurant in Surrey BC is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager
Position: Restaurant Manager
Restaurant: Lee Gar Nei (BJS Korean Restaurant)
Working condition: Full time, Permanent
Work location: 15280 101 Ave #128, Surrey, BC Canada V3R 8X7
Wage Rate: $26.50 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week
Duties:
Manage and plan the daily operations of restaurant
Oversee inventory control consistently
Determine or upgrade type of services to be offered
Monitor and react to customer needs and resolve customer complaints consistently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Keep good relationships with suppliers to ensure business relation satisfaction
Set work schedule and plan to achieve revenue and service targets, as well as manage budget and cost
Qualifications:
– 3 years of work experience in food service with some supervisory experience
– High School graduation
– Able to communicate in English
– Available to work in evening and weekends
