Description

A fast paced environment for a team oriented person. Responsibilities will include taking and preparing food orders for our guests at both in restaurant and drive thru while following all food safety guidelines and product standards. Maintain cleanliness and stock in service areas.

Job requirements

Languages: English
Experience: Food counter experience preferred / On the Job training to be provided
Transportation/Travel Information:Public transportation is available
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Fast-paced environment
Personal Suitability: Team player, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills, Client focus
Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills: Portion and wrap foods, Keep records of the quantities of food used, Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Take customers' orders, Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, Package take-out food, Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, Stock refrigerators and salad bars
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Electronic cash register, Deep fryer
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Hourly Rate: CAD $14.51 per Hour for 35 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Number of Positions: 1
Employment conditions: On call, Overtime, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night
Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
