Restaurant Assistant Manager (NOC Code 60030)

Description

We have an opening for a Restaurant Assistant Manager (NOC Code 60030) role for our restaurant “Pho Dau Bo” O/A “2575058 Ontario Inc” located at 685 Fischer Hallman suite G, Kitchener, ON N2E 4E9. Responsibilities will include plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations and ensure all food safety guidelines and product standards are met.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Ability to Supervise: 05-10 people.

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff

Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend
Hourly Rate: CAD $52,000 Annually for 32 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible

Computer Knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows
