We have two openings for Restaurant Manager (NOC Code 60030) role for our restaurant “Philthy Philly’s” restaurant (14798058 Canada Inc.) located at 624 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1E4. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Ability to Supervise: 05-10 people.

Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning, Day, Shift, Evening, Weekend
Hourly Rate: CAD $22.00 per Hour for 32 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible

Computer Knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows
