We have opening for Restaurant Assistant Manager role for our restaurant “Fat Bastard Burrito Co.” O/A “2567164 Ontario Inc.” located at 255 King St. N, Waterloo, ON N2J 4V2. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. If you have what it takes to supervise the team in a restaurant, then this is a position for you.  

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Supervise 5-10 people

Employment conditions: Day, Morning, Evening, Weekend
Salary: CAD $21.00 per hour for 30-40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Number of Positions: 1

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office
