0869408 BC Ltd. dba A & W Restaurant in Nanaimo is looking for Permanent, Full-time positions for One Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: 5800 Turner Road suite 701Nanaimo, BC, V9T 6J4
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $21 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
- Manages staff service activities, resources, budget and scheduling.
- Conducts recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Maintains and promotes updated knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures and cash management activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Determine type of services to be offered.
- Implement operational procedures.
- Handle staff and customer complaints.
Skills and Education:
1-2 years of related experience
Completion of Secondary School
