Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience is required
Education:
Completion of four years college program (bachelor’s degree) is required
Languages:
Written and Oral English
Specific Duties:
Plan, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
Assist the Manager organizing the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruiting, supervising, and developing new staff members
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Studying market research and trends to determine and forecast customer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor sales
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Acting as the coordinator and partner between customers, sales associates, and staff members
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
