Vanset Holdings LTD. DBA Ascent Car Rental and Tours is seeking a full-time Rental Service Supervisor.

We are a locally owned car rental company in downtown Vancouver BC. We want to make the car rental experience great again by providing fully personalized service. Educational and Experience Requirements:

Completion of a college or equivalent experience is required

Job requirements:

1 to less than 7 months of experience is required

Language Requirements:

English

Start date:

ASAP

Wage:

$22.60~$23.50 /hour (Depending on experience)

Hours:

8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Benefits:

4% vacation pay, the employer covers the relocation costs
 

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules and open and close the store
• Authorize payments and the return of rental products
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory, order merchandise, and sign for deliveries
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, and develop and implement marketing strategies
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised
