Quality Assurance Technician-Food and Beverage Processing

Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician (NOC: 9465)

Employer: Fancy Pokket Corporation

Location:  Moncton, NB E1E 4K7

Wage: 16 /hr for 40 hours per week

Vacancy:  2 vacancies

Job Requirements:

Languages

• English or French

Education

·      Completion of secondary education

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years 

Duties:

·      Ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.

·      Assists on self-inspections and will inspect idle equipment to ensure proper cleaning practices are being utilized.  

·      Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.

·      Examine ingredients or finished products by sight, touch, taste and smell or weigh materials to ensure conformance to company standards

·      Take samples of products at various stages of processing

·      Sort raw material or finished products.
