Description
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.20 – $19.00 (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Ideal candidate should be able to supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Candidate need to establish work schedule
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
- 2~3 years work experience in food preparation or customer service are required
Language Requirements:
- English
