Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $14.65 – $19.00 (depending on experience)

Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

· 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

· Ideal candidate should be able to supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

· Ensure food service and quality control

· Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

· Should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns

· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

· Candidate need to establish work schedule

Educational Requirements:

· Secondary school

Experience Requirements:

· 2~3 years work experience in food preparation or customer service are required

Language Requirements:

· English
