Education:
A bachelor degree in engineering or related field is required.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience is required
Languages:
Written and Oral English
Specific Skills:
– Direct, control and evaluate specific project operations.
– Establishing construction project objectives for the company and formulating or approving project policies and programs.
– Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major project departments and appointing senior staff positions.
– Allocating project material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement company policies and programs. This includes establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing overall project personnel planning.
– Selecting middle project managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure competent leadership throughout the organization.
– Coordinating the work of project regions, divisions, or departments to promote efficient collaboration and achieve company goals.
– Representing the company in project negotiations or other official project related functions.
