Position: Production Supervisor – Food Beverage Processing

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Hourly Wage: $24.50~ $27.00 (Depends on experience)

MAIN DUTIES:

• Supervise production activities to meet production targets and customer demand.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes and quality control measures to identify and address any issues from standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including production reports, inventory logs, and incident reports.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Several years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
