1327981 BC Ltd DBA Shell located at 2502 MT NEWTON CROSS RD, SAANICHTON, BC,V8M 2B8 is hiring a full time and permanent President and General Manager.( Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $47.15  per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.

Main Duties:

• Define company goals and create or endorse policies and initiatives.
• Authorize and oversee the creation of key departments and their senior staff positions.
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Establish financial and administrative controls
• Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff as a part of personnel planning

• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Serve as the company's representative, or delegate representatives for negotiations and official functions.

Employment requirements: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required.2-3 years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting or other service are usually required.
