Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills:

Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations; Attract, hire, train, and retain excellent performers through interviewing, onboarding, and training and performance management; Create training plans and schedules for all service staff and review and approve payroll; Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions; Manage profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions; Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers; Address customer needs, comments, and complaints; Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
