1203737 B.C. Ltd DBA Lantzville Wellness Centre is looking for a full-time and permanent physiotherapy assistant at
2-7184 Lantzville Rd Lantzville, BC V0R 2H0. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job
seekers to apply as well). Salary is $22/ hr, 40 hr/ week.
Job Duties:
Under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, carry out treatment programs such as
thermotherapy, traction, hydrotherapy and electrotherapeutic techniques to rehabilitate patients with various injuries
or disabilities to maximize their ability to independently manage daily activities.
Document patient rehabilitation progress
Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
Perform various administrative functions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Employment Requirements:
Completion of a two-year physical therapy assistant (PTA) college program, or a two-year rehabilitation therapy
assistant program and supervised practical training. Experience in the related field is an asset.
