Type: Full Time/ Permanent
Salary: $25.00/hour
Job Duties:
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Answer electronic enquiries.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
• Supervise and train office staff in procedures.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries is required.
• 07 months to less than 01 year of relevant experience is required.
