Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Work Experience: 2 years to less that 3 years
Job Duties:
Handle Parts and Rental requirements of customers through counter service and sales and prepare detailed invoices and customer statements.
Complete and Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures using computerized inventory system.
Assist in proper stocking of inventories and participate in merchandising and promotional activities.
Work in partnership with Operations Manager and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence.
Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, tool room, supply room or other area
Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage
Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system
Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
Sell spare and replacement parts for motor vehicles, machinery and equipment in a retail setting
Advise retail customers or internal users on appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requested.
Job Requirements:
2 years experience in a customer service or retail sales position.
Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
Self-motivated and Results-oriented
Strong Attention to Detail with Excellent Follow Through
Upbeat, Positive, Team-Oriented Nature
