Majestic Renovations now hiring a PAINTER (NOC 73112)
DUTIES:
– Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
– Repair cracks and holes
– Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
– Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
– Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least three years of experience as a painter
– Able to work independently with limited supervision
– Able to perform duties listed
– Able to work indoors/outdoors, at heights, confined spaces, with odours
– Safety certificates as required; but training availalbe
– Experience with variety of painting: brush painting, Conventional spray painting, Electrostatic applications equipment, Patterned rollers, Roller painting, Drywall taping/patching, Coating/application specialization, Wood finishing specialization, Graining, Marbleizing, Staining, Glazing
