Job Duties:
- Keep the kitchen and work areas tidy and organized
- Provide training to employees on food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper handling procedures
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Keep the record of inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Create menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May inspect kitchens and food service areas
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
