Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Plan and direct food preparation, estimate food requirements and cost for order supplies
- Oversee and manage the kitchen operations
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Keep kitchen clean and sanitize work areas
- Involve in hiring of new kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
