U. Okebugwu law is a private practice firm that caters to a broad range of Clients while applying a general high standard of efficiency.

U. Okebugwu law offers a full range of services in practice areas of Business Law, Immigration Law, Will and Estate Law, Landlord and Tenant Law, and Real Estate Law.

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team based out of Pickering Ontario.  Our Office Administrator would oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct feedback on administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services.

This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and staff members.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Carry out administrative activities needed in the daily operations of the business;

·       Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures;

·       Intake and scheduling for immigration clients;

·       Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting and subcontracting;

·       Establish work priorities, delegate work to other staff members, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed;

·       Administer company policies and procedures as required;

·       Coordinate and plan for office services, such as relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

·       Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;

·       Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence;

·       Supervise various staff members;

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·      A University or College degree in Commerce, Administration or related field would be an asset;

·      A minimum or 3 years of previous clerical experience would be an asset;

·      Fluent in multiple languages, particularly a Nigerian language would be an asset;

·      Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;

·      Technical administrative experience is an asset;

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

·      Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (required).
