Administrative Officer
Permanent full time. 1 position, Start wage $29.81/hour, 30 –40hours/week. Employment conditions: Morning, Evening, Day; Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Delegate work to office support staff, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Secondery school is required. Preference with college diploma in business or public administration. Must have minimum two or three year related experiences. Equivalent consider.
Computer technician
Wages: $29.54/hr
A college diploma is required. Prefer to complete a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration or college or other courses in computer programming or network administration. Minimum 2 years related experiences
Tasks
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
- Provide customer service
