Job Duties:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers
Recruit workers when vacancies occur
Train workers in job duties, safe and company policies
Monitor the performance of workers and report to the owner
Order materials and supplies on a need basis
Coordinate performance appraisals of workers and report to owner
Minimize customer complaints and resolve issues that may arise with customers
Act cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service
