- Wage: $19.00-$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals as well as individual dishes and food items
- Plan menus, determine the sizes of food portions, and estimate food requirements and expenses
- Keep track of inventory records for food, supplies, and equipment
- Place orders for necessary kitchen supplies and equipment
- Perform inspections of kitchen and food service areas
- Keep the kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
- Provide training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Oversee kitchen staff and helpers
- Recruit and hire kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
