Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the recipe and quality standard
- Keep the food preparation area and kitchen clean and organized
- Participate in planning menus and determine the size of food portions
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling food
- Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies
- Involve in hiring kitchen staff
- Estimate food requirements and order supplies
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
