East & West Alum Craft Ltd. is looking for a Metal Coater to join our team.
Title: Metal Coater
Employer: East & West Alum Craft Ltd.
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 28.00 ~ CAD 30.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation, extended benefits after 6 months
Location: 7465 Conway Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5E 2P7
Requirements
- Some secondary school education is required.
- Previous work experience in related field is an asset.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Main Duties:
- Select appropriate paint and mix colours using paint mixing equipment
- Prepare, clean, sand the surface for paint
- Paint items using brush and roll
- Operate equipment used to spray or coat products
- Apply primer and sealer as required
- Prepare and apply stencils, decals, and other decorative items on the finished product
- Carry out quality checks to obtain desired texture and color
- Clean equipment and perform routine maintenance
