Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals using the restaurant's recipes
- May plan and develop new menus, determine portion sizes, and estimate food requirements and pricing
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders for food supplies as needed
- Keep the kitchen and work area both clean and sanitized
- May hire and train kitchen staff when needed
- Oversee kitchen operations
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
