Arisu Authentic Korean BBQ is located at #203-4501 North Rd., Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Meat cutters. If you are interested, please submit your resume by mail or e-mail.
Position: Meat cutter
Wages: CAD$18.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work
Job Duties:
• Prepare meats by cutting, trimming, grinding, tendering for cooks to prepare for foods, based on menus’ specifications;
• Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment;
• Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery;
• Keep inventory of meats and order meat supplies;
• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards;
• Ensure food storage conditions are adequate.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a college or other meat-cutting training program, or a three-year meat cutting apprenticeship required.
