Math Confidence Prep School is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager position!

Job Position: Marketing Manager (Full-time)
Company: 1292429 BC Ltd. (o/a Math Confidence Prep School)
Wage: $53.85 – $55 / hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours a week
Business/Working Location: 952 Brunette Ave Unit 202, Coquitlam, BC V3K 1C9
Job Duties:
– Developing and executing overall marketing strategies considering the company's business objectives and brand message.
– Designing and executing advertising campaigns using various media, as well as planning and managing promotions and discount events.
-Tracking market trends and analyzing competitors' activities to provide valuable insights for the business.
– Devising and executing strategies for customer attraction and retention using various digital channels such as websites, social media, and email marketing.
– Writing and managing blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, etc., to increase brand awareness and facilitate interaction with customers.
– Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and reporting to senior management and team members.
– Leading the marketing team and guiding and supporting team members to achieve the organization's marketing goals.
Requirements:
-At least College diploma required, but bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
-3+ years of experience in a Marketing leadership role, with a proven track record in strategizing and executing successful campaigns.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
-Strong analytical skills, with a love for diving into data and deriving insights.
